Exchanges & Returns (Defects)

This is a consulting service, not a physical product. Concerns about the quality of delivery can be raised at any point during the engagement and will be addressed directly with the client.

Service Delivery Time

Engagement begins within 7 business days of booking and runs for 90 days from the initial call (day 1).

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB) via Stripe.

Payment Period

Payment is charged at the time of booking. Payment plans, if offered, will be specified in the signed client agreement.

Price

369,000 JPY for the 90-day consulting retainer in the Japanese market. Japanese consumption tax (if applicable) is included in the listed price.

Refund Policy

The Self Agency™ offers a full refund if the client is not satisfied at the end of the 90-day engagement. The cancellation policy is reviewed and acknowledged in writing before the first meeting. In all cases — whether a 90-day satisfaction refund or a cancellation under the signed agreement — refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
